Musa brings a wealth of entrepreneurial skills and business expertise to the company. He sits as a director and board member on several companies and, until recently, was the chairman of Tsogo Sun (KZN) for 13 years. Musa owns several companies across a diverse range of industries including trucking, retail, insurance, financial services, construction and hospitality. He was a member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from 1994 to 1997
Musa has studied extensively both locally and internationally. His qualifications include:

Bongi Myeni
Prior to joining Myeni Group she worked at FNB for 15yrs. As a Corporate director she oversees the daily activities of the business and financial initiatives.

Simphiwe Ngcobo
Simphiwe Ngcobo is a seasoned Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, and governance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Regent Business School, along with a B-Tech and National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from Mangosuthu University of Technology. Currently, he is further enhancing his financial acumen by pursuing a CIMA Qualification (2025).
With over 15 years of experience, Simphiwe has built a strong career in financial planning, risk management, and strategic business execution. He joined Myeni Group of Companies in 2012 as an Accountant, quickly rising through the ranks to become Group Financial Controller, then Finance and HR Director, and now serves as the Group CFO. In this executive role, he leads financial governance, corporate finance, risk assessment, and business performance management, ensuring the group’s financial health and long-term sustainability.
His leadership experience spans various industries, including his tenure at McDonald Steel, Ukumba Quarry, and LGB Investments, where he developed expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Simphiwe is a results-driven leader, dedicated to driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth while upholding the highest standards of ethical governance.

Zama Nxasana
Londiwe "Zama" Nxasana is a highly experienced financial and corporate governance professional with over 20 years of expertise in accounting, finance strategy, and franchise management. She is currently the Financial Director and Company Secretary at Keruco Foods (Pty) Ltd, where she oversees financial management, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.
Zama holds a B Admin degree, a Credit Diploma in Banking, and a CIS Professional Qualification in Governance and Administration. She is also a qualified franchisee in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector and a certified Shell Retailer, demonstrating her deep expertise in retail and franchise operations.
Her key competencies include financial strategy, management accounting, risk assessment, budget control, cash flow management, internal audits, and regulatory compliance. She is also skilled in payroll administration, asset management, and corporate governance, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Nana Msweli
Nana Msweli is a dedicated financial management professional with expertise in project accounting, financial planning, and compliance. She holds a BCom Honours in Financial Management from the University of South Africa and a BCom in Economics and Banking from the University of Zululand.
Currently serving as a Project Accountant at Waterstone Country Estate (Pty) Ltd, Nana plays a critical role in financial oversight, budget management, tax compliance, and project funding applications. With a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax administration, she has developed exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that drive efficiency and financial accuracy.
