The family trust has interests in commercial properties. The Trust is the majority shareholder in the Uthungulu Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a public company consisting of 1100 shareholders from all over South Africa. The family trust has interests in various towns in KZN including Mtubatuba, Nquthu, Empangeni and Mkhuze.
